Review your symptoms

Review your symptoms using the Ageing Males’ Symptoms (AMS) scale. The AMS scale is a short questionnaire that can assess the severity of your symptoms caused by testosterone deficiency (TD). Your doctor or nurse may have asked you to fill out one of these in the clinic. Please note that this is for guidance only and not a formal diagnosis.

Over time, on testosterone therapy, you should expect your symptoms to improve. Questionnaires are helpful because lots of little, positive changes might not be noticeable at first, until you see all of them together.
